Refund policy

At Bliss Bedding & Fabrics, we want you to love what you order. If something isn't right, here's how we handle it.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact. To start an exchange, message us on WhatsApp at 0330-5037227 or email blissbeddingandfabrics@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item.

Damaged or wrong item received

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We'll arrange a free replacement or, if a replacement isn't possible, a refund — no return shipping cost to you in this case.

Cash on delivery orders

Since most orders are paid via cash on delivery, we are unable to offer cash refunds. Eligible returns are processed as an exchange or store credit. Refunds for prepaid (bank transfer/online) orders are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item.

Return shipping

For change-of-mind exchanges, the customer covers return shipping costs. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we cover the cost.

What's not eligible

Used or washed items, items without original packaging, and items returned after the 7-day window can't be accepted.

Order cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge before dispatch. Once an order has shipped, it falls under our standard exchange policy above.
